Innerlight Supergreens - What Are They?

Supergreens is a "green drink" product from Innerlight made up of 49 grasses, grains, and green vegetables that are dried and concentrated into a powder. You take Supergreens either by mixing the powder with liquid (you can use water - I mix it into my homemade fruit smoothies) or by swallowing it in capsule form.

What Do Greens Do For You?

There are different claims about what greens can do for you. All I know is how I feel when I'm taking it. I have a lot more energy and I don't get sick when the regular cold or flu circulates around the office. It's also been helpful as I train for a triathlon. I'm running, biking, etc. and I need all the energy and nutrition I can get.
